Follow the steps below to complete your document. In some cases, you may also be asked to verify your identity as part of the signing process.
Click the link in the SMS or email you received from Livesign.
Read the document carefully. You can scroll through all pages before signing.
Fill in any required fields, such as names, answers, dates or initials, as prompted.
Add your electronic signature where indicated and submit the document. If there is another person involved in the transaction who also needs to sign this document, they will be sent a notifcation to follow the same process, there is no need for you to do anything, your practitioner will have set this up already. Once signed, your practitioner will be notified and the document will be recorded as complete.
For some documents, particularly high-value or regulated transactions, your practitioner may also ask you to verify your identity as part of the signing process. If this applies, Livesign will guide you through the additional steps, including downloading the Livesign app and completing a short identity check on your phone. Clear instructions will be provided if identity verification is required.
