Get started on Livesign

Signing up for a business account only requires the minimal amount of information and time. Once you're in you can add other team members so they can send Livesign requests under the company banner.

Pick a product to send

Livesign's core products work in combination with each other, they don't need to be sent out separately. You can choose to start with a document and include both VOI and AML within the same envelope. Or, if no documents are required, simply send out an AML starter pack which is already bundled with VOI.

Complete and send

Add your recipients, mark up the user input fields on your documents, and configure your VOI and AML. Once you've breezed through the envelope creation UI you'll be ready to hit the send button.

Manage everything from one place

All completed envelopes are stored and managed via your very own dashboard. On here you can view your AML risk assessment, review completed VOIs and download your signed and countersigned documents.

Invitation sent

Your client receives a request via email and SMS. They simply follow the provided link to the Livesign hosted document.

Complete the document

You client completes any required information and signs. At the precise point of signing they are asked to transfer to the Livesign app to complete their VOI.

Verification of Identity

Inside the Livesign app your client uploads their identity documents and takes a selfie. Once complete, your document is signed and biometrically matched to the signer's identity.

Verification & AML Report

Your completed documents and a Verification of Identity & AML report is returned to you to review.
